Product Description
M-TG thermal grease with high thermal conductivity, good lubricity, also has good resistance to high and low temperature performance, low consistency and good workability. This silicone-based products, combined with high thermally conductive fillers, it is non-corrosive, non-toxic, tasteless, which comply with ROHS instruction and the relevant environmental requirements. What’s more, it has huaxia stable physical properties.
