Product Description




ThisProduct is a high temperature thermal conductive silicone grease/paste/gel.


High thermal conductivity up to 5W


Long working temperature (-50°c ~ +200°c)


Higher thixotropic, better elevation coating, and excellent stable properties


No toxic or corrosion, and not dry or dissolve.




Potting and fixing in CPU, radiator (heat sink), aluminum and cooper substrates of PCB of electronics components in street lights, mine lamp, etc.

How to use




Clean the coating surface and remove the oil and grease.




Squeeze out the thermally conductive silicon grease, and directly coating into the uncoated surface with a thin layer.


The coating ways: brushing, scraping, or roll coating




The surface should coat evenly by filling the whole gap with a fully thin layer. And make sure not coat too much on the surface.









Store in cool and dry place, the shelf life is 18 months (≤25°c)
