Graphene oxide powder is formed by the fold of single graphene oxide. Due to the existence of fold structure, there are micropores and mesopores between graphene oxide sheets, which reduce the stacking between sheets, improve its dispersion and solvent wettability. The traditional graphene powder is prepared by the methods of liquid phase stripping graphite, oxidation pyrolysis graphite or biomass conversion, by the traditional method, the graphene is a highly stacked sheet graphene material, which can not give full play to the properties of single graphene. By controlling the preparation process, the density, specific surface area, oxygen content, defect degree and other parameters of graphene powder can be adjusted to meet the application needs in different fields.

Application
Graphene oxide powder can be compounded with most polymer materials, which has good dispersion, can improve the strength, modulus, UV resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, far-infrared emission and other properties of the material; because of its fold structure and rich pore structure, graphene oxide powder has broad prospects in many fields such as super capacitor, battery, catalyst carrier, etc.; oxide graphene powder can be used as lubricating oil additive, improve the service performance and durability of lubricating oil, and has better dispersion than multilayer graphene; it can be used to prepare graphene based coating, air purification filter element, oil absorption material, etc.
