Product Description
 
     M-TN500Thermal gel is a very low thermalconductivity material with a certain degree offluidity and plasticized plasticity.
 It is suitable for heat dissipation modules or components with large thickness changes.Itsinherent adhesive properties,
without bonding layer,andhas goodwettability,can cover the micro-uneven surface so that the matching parts fully contact
and improve the heat transfer efficiency. Unlike thermal conductive silicone grease, M-TN500 thermal gel has no sedimentation
and no flow phenomenon. It is suitable for dispensing equipment,screen printing or scraping,and can also be customized for different
thickness products for easy use.
