    Thermal Silicone grease is a kind of organosilione which filled with metal oxide.It is made of high purity filler and organosilicone.With excellent thermal conductivity,white smooth,even,free from oil or in high temperature,it can develop the thermal conducttivity.It apply to assembly surface between semiconductor parts and rediator.It can eliminate the air,increase the heat channel and improve the thermal conductivity.It means the electronic parts can work in lower temperature,so the efficiency and lifetime can be improve.
