M-GT is a kind of heat-conducting and insulating silicone grease. The silicone grease is non-toxic, non-corrosive, tasteless and non-drying. It can be used for a long time at temperatures ranging from – 60℃ to + 200℃.
It has not only excellent electrical insulation, but also excellent thermal conductivity. It also has the characteristics of low oil separation, high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, climate aging resistance, good construction performance and good use stability.
It can be widely coated on the contact surface between heating body and heat dissipation facilities in various electronic products and electrical equipment, and has the functions of heat transfer media, moisture-proof, ust-proof, corrosion-proof and shock-proof.
