LM-NG150 use special resin system to replace the traditional system of silicone oil, after special curing forming and vacuum processing technology, the silicone-free thermal pad has been made. This product can replace silicone thermal pad in some special occasion, it can solve the problem such as gases vapors and silicone oil separation when use traditional silicone thermal pad. It has high mechanical strength and toughness. This product is capable of electrolytic liquid which made this material in the lithium battery industry has great development prospect. |
